Firm, define and build lean muscle in this non-aerobic, resistance class!

Using a combination of body pump bars, exercise bands and dumbbells anyone can learn the fundamentals of weight training, but be prepared if you’re new to this class and style of training you can expect to feel some muscle soreness in the days to follow!
