Living Well

Part nutrition course, part aromatherapy and part wellbeing course, Living Well aims to empower the learners and give them the knowledge and skills to manage their own healthcare.

It improves understanding of nutrition and natural remedies, and develops confidence in managing your own diet and use of essential oils in your daily routines.

Our lessons run on a termly basis on weekday evenings and weekends.
