Summer Classes changes reminder

As a reminder, please see below changes in our Fitness Class Program which will affect classes from 23rd July to 3rd September 2018 while some of our Instructors take well earned holidays.

Mondays
Changes:
Early Burn @ 6.40am will take place in the Sports Hall
HIIT @ 6.30pm will move to 6.00pm and take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August
Cancellations:
No Ladies Fitness @ 9.10am
No Fitness Pilates @ 6.10pm

Forever Active –
No Improvers Pilates @ 11.05am

Tuesdays
Changes:
Circuits @ 6pm will take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August
Fitness Pilates @ 7pm will take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August

Cancellations:
No Spin Fusion @ 6.40am
No Zumba @ 5pm
No Spin Circuits @ 8pm

Forever Active –
No Pilates for All @ 11.05am
No Pilates Improvers @ 1.30pm

Wednesdays
Changes:
HIIT @ 6.40am will take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August
Tabata @ 6.30pm will take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August

Cancellations:
No Fitness Pilates @ 5.30pm
No Studio Cycling @ 8.30pm

Forever Active –
No Aqua Aerobics @ 2pm

Thursdays
Changes:
Circuits has changed to 6pm in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August
Pilates has changed to 7pm in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August
Swim and Tone will only run on 9th August

Cancellations:
No Boxercise @ 6.10pm
No Studio Cycling @ 8.30pm

Friday:
Total Body @ 6.40am will take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August

Saturday:
Early Burn @ 8.00am will take place in the Sports Hall until week commencing 13th August
