Skipping ropes are for children? Wrong!
Power skipping is a fun class for all abilities. The class is a mixture of exercises with skipping ropes, resistance bands and body weight, all combined to make a great fat burner cardio workout, aimed to speed up your metabolism, benefit your cardiovascular system, coordination, strength as well as build up your agility and general fitness.
