Another set of our Bootcamp classes will start on Monday 20th February and finish on Friday 31st March.
These camps are fun but challenging and can help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and encourage people to get into a routine of regular exercise.
We will be offering:
– Three sessions a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday
– A personal assessment for everyone at the start and end to see how far you’ve come
– Food diary and nutritional advice throughout the six weeks
Prices: Platinum & Gold members £20 / Silver & Bronze members £40 / Non-members £60
All new participants must complete a PAR Q form before taking part in bootcamp sessions. This form must be given to the instructor before your first session. Click here to download a copy.
