Join up to our next six week Bootcamp and you could pay as little as £1 per session!
Our Bootcamp’s offer a wide variety of training including lifting weights/objects, using TRX straps, press ups, plyometrics and various types of explosive routines to keep it interesting.
These camps are fun but challenging and can help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and encourage people to get into a routine of regular exercise.
We will be offering:
– Three sessions a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday
– A personal assessment for everyone at the start and end to see how far you’ve come
– Food diary and nutritional advice throughout the six weeks
Bootcamp is available as a separate sessions or a full set in which you can choose which sessions you’d want to attend (morning or evening, once per day).

All new participants must complete a PAR Q form before taking part in bootcamp sessions. This form must be given to the instructor before your first session. Click here to download a copy.
