6.40 am – 7.30am

Bootcamp offers a great variety of training including weight lifting, Kettlebells, circuits, boxercise, high intensity intervals and cardio and endurance intervals. With no two sessions ever the same you will be constantly challenged to push yourself beyond your limits.

Don’t let the thought of military-style bootcamp put you off, no-one will shout at you. Join our supportive and welcoming group today, whether you’re just getting into fitness, need some support to get back into a routine or really trying to take your training to the next level, Bootcamp will give you that extra motivation you’ve been looking for.

One-off sessions available for £5 or sign up to a six week block and pay as little as £1.30 per session.

£25 per block for ‘Corporate’ and ‘Class, Gym and Swim’ members
£45 per block for ‘Gym and Swim’ and ‘Swim only’ members
£65 per block for non-members

All new participants must complete a PAR Q form before taking part in bootcamp sessions. This form must be given to the instructor before your first session. Click here to download a copy.
