Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes, including Zumba,Latin Workout, Pilates,Boxercise, Body Burn , Dancercise and Yoga, take place in our stylish dance studio and are instructed by friendly, qualified professionals. All classes are open to the general public.

 

All our classes can be booked up to a week in advance (50+ classes are 5-day advance bookings for non Forever Active members). If you are not a member of the centre (or Forever Active) you must pay at the time of booking. You must cancel your place at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If we are unable to offer the advertised class, we will notify all booked customers as soon as possible and endeavor to offer an alternative.

An aerobics class with a difference....encourporating dance steps for a fun workout

Ladies Only Fitness
A low impact fitness class for ladies.

Pilates
Pilates positively changes bodies by building strength from inside out. You will feel revitalised, relaxed and confident.

Studio Cycling
No complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal.

Step Aerobics
This class use step boxes to create a high energy full body workout.

Aqua Aerobics

Work harder in the water with increased resistance levels. Gloves and weights provided!

Exercise to Music

This is a basic workout for all level including a variety a aerobics steps and whole body workout.

Fitness Aerobics

Aerobics for all! You can vary this class to your own intensity level.

Stretch and Tone

This class focuses on muscle tone through stretching so is less intensive than other classes.

On the Ball

A class that focuses on the core of your body, using stability balls. Roll, push, bounce and get that Friday night feeling!
