Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes, including Pilates, Holistic Conditioning, Body Toning, Dancercise and Yoga, take place in our stylish dance studio and are instructed by friendly, qualified professionals. All classes are open to the general public.

All our classes can be booked up to a week in advance (50+ classes are 5-day advance bookings for non Forever Active members). If you are not a member of the centre (or Forever Active) you must pay at the time of booking. You must cancel your place at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If we are unable to offer the advertised class, we will notify all booked customers as soon as possible and endeavor to offer an alternative.

A water-based fitness class that's easy to follow for all fitness levels.

Ladies Only Fitness
A low impact fitness class for ladies.

Pilates / 50+ Pilates
Pilates positively changes bodies by building strength from inside out. You will feel revitalised, relaxed and confident.

Studio Cycling
No complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal.

Circuits
Workout at your own intensity level. A motivating group environment working all the major muscle groups and muscles you never knew existed.
