Unfortunately we are unable to refund swimming lessons, youth activities or adult courses unless you have a doctors note for yourself or child’s absence.

What should I do if I have a medical condition that may affect my exercise?

Most of our activities require you to complete a medical questionnaire. If you tick ‘yes’ in any of the boxes we may ask you to provide a doctors note confirming you are able to complete the level of exercise required. If you have any doubts please contact your doctor prior to your visit.

If you become unable to exercise once you are a member please let us know as soon as you can. We will also need a doctors note so that we can freeze your DD or annual membership.

Classes

What should I wear for my induction or when attending an aerobics class?

For any exercise you should wear comfortable, loose clothing such as jogging bottoms or cotton trousers and a t-shirt. You must also wear trainers or canvas shoes with closed toes (except for yoga which is done in bare feet). Don’t forget to bring a towel and a drink.
