The perfect all-rounder!
Incorporating aspects from other training styles, Circuits is a multi-station group exercise class that gives you variety when you can’t decide how to work out. Each class will work towards a different goal, and with new, exciting and progressive routines changing every week you won’t ever get bored. In addition to improved stamina and fat burning, during each session you’ll work on everything from flexibility and balance to explosive speed and strength, so there really is something for everyone.
