A 6 week progressive term of fitness!

In a motivating and supportive group dynamic you’ll have help to increase cardio-vascular efficiency, build strength, lose body fat and get into a regular routine of exercise. This class has been designed to push you further than you would normally push yourself, but remember you won’t ever have to struggle on your own, reaching your goals really is a team effort.

Bootcamp is available as a separate sessions or a full set in which you can choose which sessions you’d want to attend (morning or evening, once per day).
