Adult Swimming

We realise that learning to swim can be a daunting prospect but pride ourselves on offering a fantastic facility for adult lessons.
In the adult programme our qualified ASA swim teacher works with each pupil on a one-to-one basis giving them tasks and exercises to work on whilst they circulate amongst the group.

Our lessons run on a termly basis on Wednesday evenings.
The beginner's classes run from 7.30 - 8.00pm and 8.00 - 8.30pm, with the intermediate class following from 8.30 - 9.00pm.

 

Adult Tennis

Our adult tennis lessons are on a Thursday evenings 7.00pm for Improvers and 8.00pm for Advanced.
